📄 Agreement to These Terms

These Terms should be read alongside the acc365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. Together, these documents govern the entire relationship between acc365 and its registered players.

acc365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, acc365 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

✅ Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use acc365 services.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or automated account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or under any active gaming ban at the time of registration or use.
• You must be the lawful holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one acc365 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — are prohibited. acc365 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and forfeit any remaining balance in such accounts.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any third party.
• acc365 may require identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals or activating bonus offers.
• Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

acc365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity, confirm age eligibility, and validate payment method ownership. Players may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Confirmation of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered mobile wallet details)

Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until documentation is provided and reviewed.

🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

acc365 offers eligible new players a welcome bonus of 100% match up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus: ৳300.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players aged 21 and above making their first deposit only.

Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. General conditions applying to all promotions include:

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable.
• Attempts to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus structures — including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or use of prohibited software — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• acc365 may at its sole discretion decline to offer a bonus, modify bonus terms, or revoke bonus funds if misuse is detected.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the acc365 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Providing false identity information, forged documents, or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse legitimate transactions after services have been rendered (chargeback fraud).
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity.

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus arbitrage).
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures collectively.
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus for which the player is not genuinely eligible.

• Using bots, automated scripts, or software tools to play games, place bets, or access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from identified technical errors are void and will not be paid.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or distributing any part of the acc365 platform, game content, or proprietary data.
• Interfering with the platform's security infrastructure, servers, or network systems.

• Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing acc365 under any circumstances.
• Any adult who knowingly assists a minor in accessing acc365 — including sharing account credentials — is in breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Accounts found to be held or operated by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds in the account will be forfeited.

📌 Intellectual Property & Account Closure

All content on the acc365 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of acc365 or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of acc365 content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from acc365.

acc365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Detection of account activity indicative of underage access.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request or notification from a regulatory or consumer protection authority.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, acc365 reserves the right to forfeit the balance held within that account. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting acc365 support via the Live Chat facility within their account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Any real money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited.
